WHAT TO EXPECT

New for 2024 is a set of special recording sessions with TSB, Jordan Rakei, M1onTheBeat, Nabihah Iqbal and one more artist, who is yet to be announced.

Over six days, six aspiring artists will be paired with established mentors for an opportunity to take part in a live writing and recording session at Abbey Road, guided by some of the industry's best.

Artists can write something completely from scratch or bring in an idea they develop with their mentor. The aim being that the artist leaves with a demo in hand and a thorough understanding of the writing and recording process.

In our upcoming A&R and mix feedback sessions, artists will have the unique opportunity to present their music to industry professionals for feedback, one-to-one.

A&R Listening Sessions
Get expert feedback and valuable insights on your music from experienced A&R professionals who will answer your questions and provide feedback on your songwriting, production and overall artistic vision.

Mix Surgery
Refine your mixing skills with expert advice from experienced engineers who will provide guidance on EQ, compression, panning and any other mixing techniques you may have questions about.

To conclude the week we'll be hosting a full day of panels here in Studio Two. The talks will be split into themes, with a focus on music production, scoring for film & games, artist essentials covering branding, PR and digital marketing as well as song writing and the business of music.

Some of the key discussions include home studio essentials & DIY recording, exploring the music behind the GRAMMY-award winning Star Wars games franchise, A&R advice and listening sessions, mix surgery and a lot more.
