Vacheron Constantin

In the world of recording, timing is everything, and Abbey Road Studios is proud to be associated with Vacheron Constantin as the official time partner for the studios.

With a shared obsession for precision and innovation, Abbey Road Studios and Vacheron Constantin are collaborating on creative projects celebrating the artistry, inspiration and processes of music making - all overseen by Vacheron Constantin timepieces, which feature throughout the studios.

As the world’s oldest watch Manufacture in continuous production since its founding, precise timekeeping has been Vacheron Constantin’s raison d'être since 1755. The Maison‘s revered timepieces feature unique technical and aesthetic signatures, and a level of elegance and finish that places them firmly at the pinnacle of high horology. Similarly, precision craftsmanship and technical expertise have been at the heart of Abbey Road’s mission since opening its doors in 1931.

Both acknowledged experts, sharing the same values of passion, creativity and a quest for excellence, Vacheron Constantin and Abbey Road’s partnership will see the two brands collaborate to create some unique music moments at the studios.

Following Vacheron Constantin’s One of Not Many ethos, the partnership was announced with the international launch of the exclusive Fiftysix® collection at Abbey Road, featuring a unique performance by artist Benjamin Clementine, who premiered his specially composed song Eternity at the event.

The One of Not Many Mentorship Programme was launched in 2022 with an aim to support and nurture the craft of exceptional grass roots talent from varying backgrounds and music styles, giving them access to world-class musical mentorship and a world-class studio in Abbey Road.

In the first iteration of the programme, French producer, soundscaper and creative, Woodkid, guided artists Shakira Alleyne and Ewan J Phillips through the process of writing and recording. Each of the artists brought a demo to Woodkid for his expert advice to steer the song towards completion.

The campaign was rounded up by a filmed, live performance in Studio Three.

The partnership continues to explore the infinite possibilities of creation and collaboration through a shared passion for creating music with technical excellence, constant innovation and savoir-faire.

"This partnership is a celebration of the shared history, passions and values of Vacheron Constantin and Abbey Road Studios” explains Laurent Perves, Chief Marketing Officer of Vacheron Constantin. “As an historical patron of arts and music, our Maison is delighted to collaborate in the fields of communication and experience but also to explore musical production and sound innovation with the best experts and engineers”
