Opened in 2015 Abbey Road Institute teaches practical, intensive and specialist music and audio courses to aspiring music producers, sound engineers and creators.

We help students access the latest knowledge, innovative thinking, outstanding facilities and world-class equipment that will enhance their skills, confidence and performance. With an emphasis on hands-on experience and industry needs, our approach combines historical context with contemporary learning.

Each of our family of international schools teaches the Advanced Diploma in Music Production and Sound Engineering, whose curriculum was created by our team of audio education experts, with input and support from Abbey Road’s engineers and our wider industry network.

Alongside our flagship school in London, we now have schools across four continents, with locations in Paris, Amsterdam, Johannesburg, Miami and Sydney.

Alumni from our Abbey Road Institute programmes are carving careers as producers, engineers, artists, writers and across many different roles within the music business. Students have received multiple Grammy and Latin Grammy nominations and awards, MPG (Music Producers Guild) recognition and even success on the Billboard Top 100.
