Will I hear from the engineer mastering my track directly?

Yes. If needed then our engineers will get in touch with you about your track directly using the messaging service. You will be notified via email if your engineer has sent you a message. To read and respond, you will need to log into your account, head to Projects and click on the 'contact' button on the project.
