On 4, 5, 6 & 8 March, Abbey Road Equalise opens up its doors to the next generation of female and non-binary artists and creatives for a free day of panel talks & masterclasses for International Women's Day 2024!
Designed to inspire and empower young women aspiring to a career in music, Abbey Road Equalise was borne out of the studios’ ambition to encourage more women to consider engineering and production as a credible career path, given less than 5% of producers and engineers are female. Over the last four years, Equalise has extended its remit to provide insight and advice across a wider set of careers in music, as well as special events and films to coincide with Pride and Trans Day of Visibility, furthering its mission to promote diversity.
Hear from some of the music industry’s leading women and most exciting rising female talent about how they got started and their essential tips for success.
