Jack was brought up in Cornwall by a music loving family and spent his formative years learning piano and guitar. He subsequently became interested in music theory and recording techniques and went on to study sound engineering at the University of Plymouth. Upon graduating, Jack landed a job at Metropolis Studios and moved to London, where he spent the next four years working with a diverse range of artists including Elton John, Kendrick Lamar and Cher. A highlight of this period was his work on the mix of Sam Fender’s UK number 1 album Hypersonic Missiles, with producer Rich Costey.
