Christian joined Abbey Road at just 19 and has since mastered award-winning No.1 albums, global No.1 film soundtracks and projects for some of today’s most exciting artists.
A small example of his recent mastering work includes charting albums from Fontaines D.C., Wunderhorse, Gabriels, Kae Tempest and Royel Otis, among many others. Christian has also worked on Oscar-winning films with composers such as Jonny Greenwood (Oscar-nominated in 2026 for One Battle After Another), Brian Eno, Ari Balouzian and Alexandre Desplat (Harry Potter, Jurassic World).
Christian has a home studio filled with analogue synths and spent his formative years playing festival stages across the UK/EU. Often asked for feedback beyond traditional mastering, he has supported producers and writing teams on songs that have gone on to reach hundreds of millions of streams. His vinyl cutting credits include Björk, Massive Attack, Radiohead, Arcade Fire, Cream, Elvis, Ella Fitzgerald and more.
Christian describes his mastering approach as knowing exactly how much—or how little—to do, guided by a deep understanding of an artist’s sonic intention before the music reaches the world.
“I live and breathe music, and the worldbuilding artists are creating across platforms in 2026 continues to excite and inspire me. While the industry has changed dramatically since I started, one thing hasn’t: the music is the foundation of everything. I’m here to support that process with the artist and their team.”
Further credits include Ed Sheeran, Keane, La Roux, Black Country New Road, Squid, Black Midi, Tamino, Bears Den and Ben Howard.
