Struder’s pioneering multi-track J37 tape machine was widely used at Abbey Road throughout the ‘60s, not least during the recording of The Beatles’ Sgt. Pepper album. Featuring a range of adjustable controls, including Tape Speed, Bias, Noise, Saturation, Wow and Flutter, the J37 tape saturation plugin accurately replicates the vibrant sonic signature of the original machine.
