Designed to empower the next generation of artists, producers, composers and creatives through a free festival of invaluable insights, direct engagement and practical skill development.
What is Amplify?
Abbey Road Amplify Amplify is an annual event that we hold every November to support the next generation of creatives, whether you're an artist, producer, engineer, composer, or photographer.
We open the doors of our studios and give you free access to industry experts, hands-on workshops, and invaluable mentorship. Think of it as a launchpad designed to help you take your passion to the next level.
Amplify is our commitment to making music more accessible to everyone. We believe that with the right support, your talent and creativity can flourish, no matter your background or where you come from.
Our goal is to inspire, educate and connect a global community of emerging creatives.

Our Story So Far
Since 2021, we've been opening our doors for a free festival packed with inspiring masterclasses, interactive sessions, practical workshops, Q&As and live performances from some of the best in the business. Over 1,000 young creatives have come through our doors each year to learn and connect.
In 2024, we transformed Amplify into a week-long artist accelerator, offering a unique mix of learning experiences focused on creativity and innovation. We ran practical songwriting and recording workshops with established artists and producers, as well as mentoring sessions and panels on everything from composition and production to PR, marketing, and A&R pitching.
For 2025, we're expanding! Our next Amplify event will be held in both London and, for the very first time, in Manchester.

How To Enter
We want to ensure that as many passionate and deserving individuals as possible have the opportunity to join us, which is why we've designed a fair and inclusive application process.
Entry is free by way of a ballot. We invite everyone to submit an application explaining why they would like to attend. Our team then carefully reviews each submission. This method allows us to move beyond a simple first-come, first-served system and prioritise a diverse range of voices and perspectives.
A core part of our mission is to break down barriers and create a more equitable creative industry. Therefore, we always prioritise applicants from underrepresented backgrounds. This ensures that the next generation of talent is truly representative and that those who may not have had access to such opportunities before are given a platform to succeed.
