Abbey Road’s Arne Akselberg and Simon Kiln worked on the winners of both the Chamber and Instrumental categories, providing recording and editing/mastering respectively for Schumann’s Complete Works for Piano Trio and Chopin. Liszt. Ravel Piano Works. The latter was performed by Benjamin Grosvenor, who was also awarded the much-coveted Young Artist of the Year title.
Simon Kiln also mastered the winner of the Orchestral category, Martinů Symphonies Nos 1-6 performed by the BBC Symphony Orchestra.
